Pigeon Road was created in 2008, in Venice, CA with a mission to rethink how creative was being delivered to brands. In the last 12 years we’ve helped hundreds of companies tell meaningful stories, evolve their identity and create purposeful ways to connect to their audiences. While brand films are what put us on the map, the evolution of our work crosses all media types and company sizes. Through the years our journey hasn’t been an easy one. We’re the outsider, the coyote. We think different. We move against the grain. But we’ve learned along the way, been humbled and we’re still working harder than ever for our brand partners.

A 20 year veteran of the creative industry, Andrew’s diverse background sets him apart. Having worked in top ad agencies and production houses Andrew eventually set out on his own to create Pigeon Road. He has overseen hundreds of campaigns as well as directed commercials, documentaries and hours of content. A true swiss army knife, Andrew has done it all and brings his unique approach to every client. His work has been featured in galleries around the world and his films have helped raise over 100 million dollars for charities.

PJ LUNGREN // SERVICES

PJ has spent the last 15 years traveling the world, delivering one of a kind creative to clients of every sort. A full stack creative producer PJ brings his expertise to work on everything from actions sports docs to table top product photography. Working with clients on all steps of the project, PJ is our go to collaborator and leader.

IAN KALMBAUGH // TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR

Ian Kalmbaugh has spent the last 20 years working across media deliveries in every vertical. Ian’s work focuses on backend production, editorial and technical deliverables. Ian’s a multi-award winning editor with an Addy, Clio and Shorty as his most recent trophies. Ian’s client first ethic is the foundation of Pigeon Road’s work.

MARKUS RUTLEDGE // CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Markus’s 17 year career has given him many things, but foremost it’s given him a background and skillset to do nearly anything. A true creative, Markus works across every medium from design, motion and photography. The key to Markus’s wizardry is his ability to not just come up with great work and great ideas, but also execute them himself or with a team. Markus is a doer, on every level.
